Because of the personal nature of our products and line of business, refunds are only permitted if there was an error made by us when we shipped the item(s) or if the item(s) is defective. We will accept unused products with a Return Authorization Approval (RMA) number. Please do not attempt to return without contacting us first, you can email us at service@usexdolls.com and receive an RMA# along with the proper address to return the item(s) to. We will require your Name, Order Number, Phone Number and reason for return request.

Returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee. If you receive a defective product, the restocking fee is waived and we will gladly replace the item.

When ordering products from this website, it is the customers responsibility to choose the correct item(s) desired. By making a purchase from this website you are confirming that you fully understand all terms and conditions stated here (and in our disclaimer) and also agree to all terms and conditions. Merchandise is eligible for returns under these policies within 30 days of purchase.

For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or replace for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address you receive from us. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. If you do not follow all of the instructions on this page you may incur a 75% restocking fee or not receive any refund at all.

We have thousands of products on our site. Some of the products have measurements and some do not. We will not issue a refund for a product without measurements, ( reason being due to the size.) Please make sure the product you are ordering meets all of your requirements including size before placing your order with us.

In your return package please include:

The packing slip.
A note telling us what the problem was.
A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item.
If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded!
Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 40% restocking fee will be applied.

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.

Cancellations:

All orders cancelled are subject to a 30% administration & re-stocking fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
